Dorset House

We are bringing forward plans to change the use of the vacant office building into a hub by Premier Inn hotel.

The emerging proposals currently include:

The provision of around 400 hotel rooms

The retention of the façade and building structure

No addition to the height of the existing building

Publicly accessible food & beverage offer on the ground floor
